"There is no waiting area. They are always crowded, probably the because they are located next to a HEB. After 3 tries I FINALLY was able to get a gel mani. My nail tech was not friendly or engaging at all! As a matter of fact, while she was doing my nails, she would frequently look off into space, not focused. My nail job shows evidence this. It took over two hours for service, and my gel mani looks awful after 7 short days. Their products are trash, and the service is less than desirable. Find somewhere else."

"DO NOT ENTER ABORT MISSION, SERIOUSLY GO sOmEWHERE ELSE THIS HAS 2 BE BY FAR THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER I PAID $80 FOR MY NAILS H TIPPED $20 NIT 2 MENTION MY DAUFHTERS NAILS & TOES 2 FOR HER PROM. NOT EVEN 24HRS LATER & THIS IS WHAT I HAVE 2 DEAL WITH. WHEN I CALLED To have new fixed they told me that my nail Tech was booked all the way up until July July really OK whatever but I can just do a walk in I went no one ever serves me I said they're all day long not even a comment was made to me when I called to say what could be done at 1st I didn't even want to fix them but I paid too much money for that so I went anyway seriously if you can find services elsewhere go there this is the worst nail bar I've ever been to n my life I will keep you in my prayer's Polish nail bar Lol you need them (The pic with the black & white background is when they finally finished the other 2 r not even 24hrs later)"
