"For the last few years, my now 80-year-old mother has been talking about getting her ears re-pierced. I was recently talking with my niece, and her mom/my sister (who is in her mid70s... we have a blended family) just got her ears re-pierced, too. They came here and had a good experience, so I made an appointment for my mom. The woman with who I made the appointment was super pleasant and friendly. She let me know there was a slight delay in getting in, as since everything has been opening back up, they've been super busy. We had to wait about a week and a half, which was no big deal for us.
When we arrived for the appointment, we were greeted right away. Because we were a bit early, we needed to hang out for a bit, but about 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment, my mom was filling out her paperwork. Mark did an excellent job. He was very personable and very thorough with measuring my mom's ears and placing the holes. He was detailed with his explanations of what was going to happen and for the after-care. The whole process was very professional and comfortable.
I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for any piercing needs, for any age customer!"
"The lady that pierced me wasn’t certified or a pro by any means. While she was doing my daith, she told me she just got trained by the guy who worked before her. I go home to find my daith effed up! She pierced my cartilage incorrectly and way too shallow. Not worth the cheap pricing. Go to a reputable studio."
"Sophia is the nicest, sweetest. She did a great job on my hair, definitely be back"
