Don’t put down a deposit if changing your mind for whatever the reason is a possibility. I put down a deposit on a tattoo and realized that this place does a horrible job and wanted to take my business elsewhere. Obviously didn’t tell them that but they refused to give me the deposit back. Not one person there said deposits were non refundable. Was messaged later and was told there is a big sign somewhere in the shop about it which I never saw. I never signed anything at all either. Terrible place. Do not recommend. Read all the bad reviews and look at all the pictures before you place a deposit."

"Run by a really nice family, they always make me feel safe and welcome. I've gotten my labret, eyebrow, and industrial piercings there. They are gentle and also affordable. Not enough people know about this shop. I'll be back for more piercings soon!"
