"Great customer service! A girls night out turned into impromptu tattoos. There were 6 of us that walked in and the 4 of us that did get tattooed were in and out the door with great tattoos in about an hour. From the receptionist to my tattoo artist, all around great experience! Travis was very professional, personable and his line work was great. Couldn’t be happier with our results. Thanks so much!"

"Unfortunately my septum piercing was done incorrectly here. I had to take it out he pierce through cartilage instead of my sweet spot. Couldn’t get a refund so I’m left to leave this poor review."

"I went here because a family member had a positive experience here and the artist's portfolio matched what I wanted. The first time I went there after coming up with a tattoo with the artist, they weren't ready for my appointment and were still working on someone else. They also had not yet sketched the tattoo design. They asked me to come back an hour later, okay I'm not super uptight about these things so I decided that was fine. A couple weeks later I scheduled a touch up because my tattoo was starting to fade (probably because I was wearing hoodies and sweaters and the tattoo is on my neck). I scheduled the tattoo for wednesday and when I showed up to my appointment, the artist claimed my appointment was for tuesday and was in the process of helping another client. I showed her the text messages proving it was for wednesday and she asked me to come back in an hour. A little irritated but once again i did so, since the touch ups are free and I didn't want to have to go pay another place to do it. Overall the tattoo is very cute and the artist is very talented, however the entire process was very flaky. I don't think I'll be coming back."
