"I assume their work is great, but their customer service is very poor. After I contacted Skyler, one of the tattoo artist recommended by Nick (son of the owner), Skyler texted me and asked about size of tattoo. He then never got back with me for 24 hours, and after I asked what seemed to be the problem, he wrote me the following message (as if I am a mind reader): "My bad, I do have a life outside of tattoos, tattooing, and responding to messages about tattoos, I do get back to everyone in order tho. You'd probably be looking about $150""

"The tattoo came out good but I showed Taylor a picture of the tattoo(Family with a rose)I wanted and it looked like she didn’t even use the picture I sent her, it looked like she just put the word family with a different font and a whole different rose also. I didn’t realize the difference until the day after. So I wouldn’t recommend this place."
