5 stars for talent at this establishment. These women are talented, but please be clear THEY DO NOT NEED YOUR BUSINESS, and they will treat you as such. They have their regulars that pay the bills for them, and anyone else is just tips. Don't walk in here on a Saturday! You will be turned away.
-10 stars for professionalism. You will not be greeted whatsoever, Ive stood there for at least 25 mins just to see if they would say "hello, or can I help you". Nothing. Ive never been to a nail salon where ALL the techs are rude and have no desire to service you."
"I got my nails done here on a Saturday the next day a nail popped off at work (real nails by the way so the acrylic popped off) I go there Monday and get my nail fix I paid $5 cause I assumed it broke cause I was working but then Tuesday I picked up a roll of paper towel and another one broke I went there and she refused to fix it and said they don’t fix nails for free no matter if you just left there or not. My nails are long so the acrylic is really thin so it’s so easy to break. I will never go there again"
"Took my sis and we had a great experience! Although they are busy! We called ahead ? they were friendly, not pushy with upgrades like most of the other local salons!! Made sure we had a great first experience with them!!! We will be going here from now on!"
