"The entire shoreline north of Santa Cruz, California, is beautiful and serene. I can revisit this shoreline time and time again. There are many beaches along this coast besides Mitchell’s Cove Beach. So check out some of the other areas. This is usually a very quiet beach where are you can enjoy A romantic dinner on the beach or watching the sunset. Even on warmer days there is a slight breeze that always keeps a nice temperature. Very easy to get to by driving north from Santa Cruz on Highway one. The parking is a little difficult because it’s along the road."
"Bartender was amazing and makes a killer long Island. Didn't realize this was a cash bar only but there was an atm around the corner so wasn't too bad. Had a great vibe and played great music. We'll definitely be back."
"Hudson was a pleasant surprise… it is old Florida and not overhyped and full of tourists. We stayed at an AirBnB for a week and it was a great location to go to many beaches north and south. Hudson Beach in particular was a great walk we did almost every night. Has a small playground for kids and lots of dining options right on the water. There is really no actual beach which was the downside but it was a phenomenal place to watch the sunset and listen to live music."
