"Schedule an appointment a month prior with The shop assistant for Mike paid $50 deposit. I drove over an hour to the appointment with topical numbing cream applied in preparation for set appointment! For the shop not to be open when I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time at noon! Walked back to my car returned 15 minutes later the Artist had arrived and shop assistant I’m guessing she was! but no one was ready to work! He did not know what was on his schedule for the day Neither does she have any idea of what she had scheduled! I showed both the text messages about the appointment no one knows who I talked to go figure with the lack of professionalism that has been displayed.."
