"Went in for a pedicure. There was "no wait". Yet... I sat in the massage chair with my feet in TEPID to cool water for 20 minutes or so... waited for someone to come and actually perform the pedicure as the water got colder and colder. I asked to have the water warmed and I feel like I got attitude and a tiny spray of lukewarm water. So, the entire pedicure was an uncomfortable, not relaxing temperature. The tech barely talked to me, didn't even tell me she was finished, she just stopped and walked off. I felt like all the staff was miserable and unhappy. No smiles, laughter... not much interaction... just felt quiet and uncomfortable in there. The prices are very fair, but the service was reflected in the price. Most nail salons offer you a drink- they didn't offer this service. The ambiance was bland. The tools were not taken out of any sterile looking bags, so I hope things are properly cleaned there... they need to work on their customer service and communication for sure."

"My boyfriends haircut was nice but he got his beard neatened and I had to go home and fix what the guy missed. there was a line around his neck of long hair left. he came back in the car covered in his own hair. I also don’t like sport clips but at least they didn’t send people out like that yikes… we had places to be after but the hair left on him was so bad I had to take him home to shower first."
