"My experience when I was in the shop getting my tattoo was great, but after it healed it looked terrible. I followed all of the instructions they gave me for aftercare. I stopped in about 4 months later to ask them if they could redo my tattoo and they said sure call us next week. I called the next week to set the appointment up and the owner took a message. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called back the next day no one answered I tried calling several times that day and no one would answer. I finally called from a different number and they answered first ring. I gave them my name and asked again to make an appointment. At this time the lady on the phone got super rude with me and told me that she has a message to give her when she gets to the shop and that she will call me. Well this has been 2 months now and I have never heard from them. Recently I went and had someone else redo my tattoo and it looks great. I do not recommend Dead Ringer Tattoo. I will not be going back."
"I had the same issue as people below. Front desk was extremely rude and I felt like no one was helping me with the design I wanted to achieve. It was my first tattoo and I just felt uncomfortable. It's a beautiful fine line and healed well, but I would never pay that price again. Go somewhere more accommodating"
"I was greeted immediately when I walked in, something that doesn’t always happen in tattoo shops. My piercer (I think her name was Baylee) was super nice, clean, and talked me through everything that was about to happen. She fully explained aftercare to me & I’ll be going back when I’m ready to switch jewelry!"
