"Went into Union Nails today since I’ve been here previously years ago. I got dip powder which was supposed to be $30 and I was charged $40. I’m not one to complain but I feel as if I could have done the job they did at home and saved money. The dip powder will not come off my fingers after she told me a couple washes will remove it. I called them and they told me to use acetone to remove it, I said I stated I came in to have them done and it should have been removed in the salon. I asked for a refund and they told me I would need to come in and they’d fix it or refund me. Explained to them I love a good distance away and have other obligations this week due to my baby shower being this weekend and I don’t have time and today was my only free day. She stated to come in next week to have them fixed then. Which defeats the purpose of them looking nice for the shower this weekend me. I told her I would just go somewhere else and not be returning, she then hung up on me. I tried calling back and no answer."
