"I went it to get a gel polish change and waited over an hour (understandable) The older gentleman that works there drilled my natural nails to the point where they cracked and my cuticle was bleeding my nails were paper thin and they didn’t offer any kind of refund. So I called the owner to speak up about it and she just left the phone on the desk while she worked and didn’t offer any kind of help or assistance"
