- "I got acrylic nails here a few weeks ago. I came in yesterday and asked them to soak off my acrylic nails so I could get gel on my real nails. The lady said yes they can soak off my acrylic nails. I sit down in the chair and she takes out an acrylic nail and uses it to rip off each of my acrylics using a separate acrylic nail. just ripping the acrylics right off my nail. It hurt so bad, my nails are still sore the day after. I also got a photo in case of confusion."
