"My mom owns a timeshare here. It's beautiful and clean outside. But it's old and worn inside. Doesn't look like they cleaned much before we arrived either. Fingerprints all over the mirrors there was a bug crawling on the counter. The interior almost smelled like it used to be smoked in. We got two rooms the one room's beautiful the other rooms carpet is gross small and wicked dark. Out of all the places we have traveled we are glad that she has points cuz I don't think she would have ever bought this place if it looks like this. She got it about 15 years ago. Which is disappointing because we stayed at the one and Kissimmee although that one wasn't the cleanest either when we arrived our rooms were Total wreck and we had to get new rooms after being locked out for over an hour. At least they were updated and looked nice and they were cleaned once we got into a room that was actually clean. And both rooms were absolutely stunning."
"Every single person on the property from the bait shop to the bar and grill treated us like neighbors! We kayaked under a full moon Saturday night and enjoyed the Springs with an underwater flashlight. It's a must do and Rob at the bait shop was the best guy ever! Retired UPS. Just all around good guy help us out with everything"
"I paid a modest rate to stay here. I was never bothered by ownership or housekeeping in a negative way. As someone who travels for work and likes to live as cheaply as possible without sacrificing things like a quiet and safe atmosphere, plenty of hot water, and a comfortable bed full of pillows... this has been a great experience and if you're travel goals align with my own, this is the best place to stay in or around Livingston. The old man who owns it is a good guy and I'm always pleased when the money I spend can go to a small business as opposed to a corporation."
