"I have been coming here for over 10 years. I have never complained or had an experience like the last two times. The first time I had a new guy do my nails, he was nice but the shape and the way he continued to cut my cuticles with the machine really irritated me. I have short natural looking nails and I get dip every time, I questioned how all of them were drastically shaped differently. Fast forward I was set to go in for my scheduled appointment but my cuticles were so raw I delayed it. I went in today and received the same guy. I thought okay let me show him a picture. THIS TIME EVERYTHING WAS WORSE! My cuticles are bleeding and ripped up and the shape of my nails are pitiful. Everyone is so sweet and they offered not to charge me but I refused because I was not looking for free services, so I paid. Unfortunately I will not ever return."
