"I came here to get a simple heart tattoo on my finger. They charged me $50 including a free touch up that I never received. I thought it was going to better when it started healing but I was wrong. After a week of getting this tattoo I decided to go back and get it fixed. When I came into the shop, everyone was busy and no one greeted me. So I just directed myself at the owner, Memo, and explained to him that I got a tattoo from one of his artists and I wanted it fixed because it was obviously very messed up. He told me they were all busy and that I had to make an appointment. I asked him if I could make the appointment for later in the week and he said no, that I had to come back another time, just to make the appointment?? This place is a waste of time and I would never recommend it!"
