"I checked in on the app like I do with every other establishment. My appointment was for 5:15 pm it is 5:43 as you can see from this post (photos attached) before I got seen. What is the purpose of having an app if you can’t be remotely close to your appointment times??? I saw my stylist on her phone checking social media while I was waiting. I walked over to her to ask if we were next. She said no. She had a wax in front of her and then needed to leave to go get her kids from daycare. I asked to be moved to first available. I won’t be back."
