- ""Good" is an apt word when there are no really negative things to say and few really positive things. For example, the positive things are the staff who really impressed me. The staff came out to the pool and jacuzzi late at night and asked how things are. The sorta negative is that the jacuzzi was not really hot and more like warm but OK. The location is really wonderful but the price was pretty steep for the room we got since it needed minor repairs but not badly. The aesthetic was nice and the vibe was good but I would have felt better if they raised the prices on their lower-priced rooms and bring it up to a three-star hotel. Maybe bring a lot more attention to detail and fix the missing hooks and minor paint repairs and go for a next higher star and charge a bit more? This could be a wonderful facility to match the wonderful staff!"
"My sheets and pillow cases had black shoe prints and orange stains on them like hot sauce or ketchup. Holes in the curtain, falling off the wall. This is literally the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life and I travel a lot. I did not feel safe here people outside my door all night yelling, screaming and loud music. I would've felt better sleeping in my car."
