"From the moment I pulled up I was greeted by the Valet with a smile, so I had a good feeling that this would be a wonderful stay. The great customer service continued at the front desk and the check in process was very fast. The room was very spacious and clean. I was surprised by how big the shower was. On top of the rooms, this is one of the best locations in LA. So many amazing restaurants in the area that are littler minutes away by foot, as well as shopping. In addition, my trip was cut short due Hurricane Dorian and the hotel was so accommodating. Kyle the manager went above and beyond to make sure that I could check out early. Great place to stay when you're in LA. Highly recommended."
"Loren was extremely awesome and running the bar pretty much by herself. She's extremely friendly and full of smiles for sure. When I come to bars like these ones, I look for customer service and not looks but she was on my list for best customer service."
"Me and my family are staying here during COVID-19 phase 2 re-opening and none of the amenities like the continental breakfast are available. We chose this lodging specifically for the pool and free breakfast but none are available due to "COVID-19". Other than that, the room was nice. Cable TV looks snowy. They have clean smelling towels and linen so that was good. Be aware of these facts before booking because I do not think they are editing their information to properly reflect their amenities at this time."
