The prices are great too!!!! - UPDATE; two days later my thumb nail broke as I was picking up my purse (just picking up my purse) they fixed it for free the guy who did it made it look a bit lumpy though. Again it was free however, two days after my other thumb nail broke & at that point I was too annoyed to even go back. ??"
"Poor customer service I walked in and there and nobody was at the front desk to help me get signed in even after I asked for help. I Waited about 10 minutes to get assigned to a guy name Ryan and I showed pictures of what I wanted and he decided to take his own route on what I wanted. All my nails were crooked and not even the shape I asked for the hearts we’re not even the same the lengths were all different. I payed $55 for something I didn’t even ask for. During the nail session he repeatedly burned and cut me around my nail."
