I had tried 2 other places for permanent eyeliner and they never took,but Kelly did awesome on the first try!and she is so nice and very knowledgeable..she has been in the industry for I believe 16 years,I vet a ton of compliments on my eyeliner and I have sensitive eyes to real makeup..so this is so nice to have.She explained everything and drew it in first and it didn't hurt at all with the numbing. I could not be happier."
