"My Husband and our son use this salon all the time and have never had any issues. We always use Ashleigh, and she does wonderful especially with our 3 year old. Today when we walked in we were greeted very rudely by I guess the manager. Ashleigh was booked up so we went with the other girl in there. I didn’t get her name but she had brown hair and wore glasses. My son went first and the lady kept rudely backing up with an attitude every time he would move slightly. She also kept saying over and over again” I’m not going to fight you, if I have to keep fighting you I’m not finishing your haircut.” She also kept very forcefully forcing my sons head down! AGAIN, never have had any issues before. She finally made it through the haircut and it is very uneven some spots are way to thin and look horrible. When it was my husbands turn, she asked rudely” what are you doing”, he said whatever is in my notes and she replied” you don’t have notes,” instead of walking and looking at his account. My husband walked out of there with a haircut so uneven, and looking as if he didn’t even get one all at the same time. He immediately called inside and scheduled for an apt. For tomorrow with Ashleigh. The manager when looking up the account said”weren’t you just in here?” He said yes and she said ok and hung up. It was a very disappointing experience, and the girl who did our haircuts should not be doing kids cuts, and should get some classes on customer service."
