"Awesome beach located just north of Dana Point there is a big parking lot at Pacific Coast Highway and Selva Road but be prepared for a long staircase down to the beach. Because of that there is not an overcrowding at the beach, it’s a pristine shoreline perfect for a long walk on the beach, sunbathing, surfing or swimming. You can walk south all the way to the end of the point and North all the way to Salt Creek State Beach and grab a burger or nachos at the snack shack there located just under the Ritz Carlton hotel. It’s one of the best spots to spend the day at the beach while in Dana point! ☀️??"
"4 star bc the place needs a deep cleaning. The bathrooms smelled horrible. Like soured urine. Its 6$ per person to get in. They are nice and friendly. The slide is great but could use like two more. You cant bring your own drinks or food. They have a concession but it's a little pricey. Over6 a great place to swim."
"First, the girl behind the bar was polite and accommodating.
I arrived around 12:30am. The place was empty except for a couple and four friends of the bartender.
Too many tv's competing with the music player (which is pay for play), bad lighting, and uncomfortable chairs make it not so great.
I get it-it costs money to run a bar but if it was my place, I would make sure it was a place people could chill out and relax in-any night of the week.
In this town on a week night, bar owners have to do better and give more if they want customers. If they don't, people with money will just stay home and drink exactly what they want, the way they want it, without waiting for it.
AND $10 is too much to charge for beer on tap in an empty bar in a boring town."
