"This review is not about the stylists: the stylists are great... IF you can get seated. You will come in and you will wait, as I did, for an hour, unless you pay for their VIP service I'm sure.. I don't know how long it would have actually taken me this time, because I left before I wasted another minute of my day. Need more staff. Waiting an hour for a haircut is something I have NEVER experienced literally anywhere else."
