"My friend and I came in yesterday to get acrylic full sets. I decided I wanted to go with a square shape since I never had before. As I was leaving, I realized how sloppy they were (too short/thick, weren’t cleaned up well, and there were dips in the paint. I went back inside to get it fixed and nothing was really done for me, despite leaving a decent tip regardless of being unhappy. I could tell the tech was upset and said that because my nails were short and wide, square nails would look different on me. I wish she would have shared that with me beforehand, but she didn’t seem to care much because she was on her phone the whole time. My friend’s nails turned out beautiful though, so I would only come back for Katie. Other than that, terrible experience and very unprofessional."

"I came in today for the first time. I did love my pedicure. But when I was done I told the girl as I was paying, that I needed to make an appt for early Monday for a full set of nails. She just nodded and left. Never came back to help me with making the appt. I'm new to the area, here on the AFB. So I guess I will take my business to Rose's Spa. I have heard they do excellent work there. I really did want to like this Salon. But they need to work on there customer service. I still felt it important to leave a good tip, which was $10.00 You have lost what could have been a loyal customer."
