I even asked her to take photos of me getting tatted and she was willing to do it with no issue. Sooo I’m really shocked to hear mentions of the front desk person being rude. I guess I got lucky or the shopped improved in time for my experience, lol."

"This was late last year, but I'm still going to leave a review. Also left a review on their Facebook page. My tattoo from here is awful and embarrassing. Pretty sure the artist's name is Lonny or Lenny. It's uneven, shaky lines, and bad shading. Called and asked if they could fix it and told them how I wanted it fixed, Josh told me he could fix it for $50, which is fair. When I got to the shop, the guy at the counter took a picture of my tattoo, showed it to Josh, and the price magically jumped up to $200 (which was even more than the original cost of the tattoo, about $120). I wasn't asking for anything complex, just to get it filled in black to cover up the bad lines and shading. See attached photos, the tattoo was the moons and the text (using paper to cover up another tattoo from a different place). The text is fine, I just wanted the moons fixed."
