"My overall experience was incredible. I was greeted by Cynthia at the front desk, she is so professional, sweet and kind. She calmed my nerves and made sure I understood how long the tattoos were going to take and was so friendly. My tattoo artist was John, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail as to what tattoo he was going to do first and each process. After the tattoo session he made sure to take his time explain after care instructions. Both he and Cynthia provided me with their numbers just in case I had any questions or concerns. Their equipment was clean, the waiting area was clean and sanitized. I noticed Cynthia would sanitize the seats every time a customer used them. I definitely recommend this tattoo shop for anyone who is looking for a great experience! They give off such good vibes!!"
