"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would. The lady servicing me was so rude and I honestly don't know if she spoke english. When she was scrubbing my feet I would flinch and be in visible pain and she'd just keep going, I started bleeding at one point. Then when it was time to do my nails every style I wanted she said she couldn't do, eventually I just settled on a simple design. She was so rough with my hands and she kept telling me things and I didn't know what she was saying, when I'd ask her to repeat she'd get angry at me, eventually a woman getting her nails done next to me who was apparently a regular had to start translating for me. The whole experience was so humilating I started CRYING and she just looked at me and kept doing my nails. I will admit I have social anxiety and this was my first time seriously getting my nails done like this, but it was for prom night and she really ruined the experience. Not to mention she MESSED UP the simple design I asked for and someone else had to come fix it because I guess she was done with me. This service cost me over $100. I told my mom what happened when she picked me up and she went in there, the manager basically said he was sorry but I should have communicated more, HOW CAN I COMMUNICATE WHEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING AND SHE IS BEING RUDE. Unless you have an outspoken personality I DO NOT recommend this place."
