"*They deleted my comments and reviews on facebook* Just want to warn people... Not only does Shae have terrible business ethics, but so does the owner. Not looking to get my money at this point, as it's been 6 months passed the initial canceling, just want people to know they are a terrible business. DO NOT GO TO SHAE. It's unfortunate that I make this review, as I had high hopes for this place. I booked my arm piece session with Shae. The first two sessions went as planned! The piece required 3 sessions. My third session was booked in May and Shae canceled on me (supposedly sick).What she didn't know was my boyfriend had a session booked that day with another artist and she was there working the day she canceled my appointment. Of course, I was respectful and requested a reschedule, but due to my upcoming TDY (Temporary Duty, as I am Active Duty Air Force), it would have to wait until August. She asked that I contact her in July instead of just rescheduling. She claimed she didn't book until a month out. I put down a deposit after my second session to secure the final appointment I would need to complete the arm piece, so my spot should've been secured regardless. Since the day she canceled on me, she has blocked me from her professional page, personal page that she used for appointments, and has been unresponsive to all messages, calls etc... She owes me my deposit and has made no attempt, at the very least pay me back my deposit money. My boyfriend talked to her, and told her I was trying to get a hold of her. I've left multiple messages with members who work at the studio. Not one call back. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend her. She is shady and not honest. I had to get someone else to finish the tattoo. I wish i would've avoided this place in the first place."
