"I was so disappointed with the service we received from the employee (Brandon) that was working when we went into the store this evening. He was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He acted as if it was a burden that he had to help us with anything & proceeded to mumble insulting responses to my fiancé and I & even punched the counter while we were standing there waiting to be helped. Overall it was just a horrible & disturbing experience. I’ve always had great experiences with this store & have always felt very welcomed by the staff so I do not have anything bad to say about the store but this particular employee should not be able to work in this store he will most definitely be running away customers."
