"NO CREDIT CARD so bring cash. Great location near Gainesville and just far enough off interstate that one doesn't really hear much road noise. Lots of fellow friendly militay veterans. Been here about 4-5 times in last 2 years for a week or less. Not big rig friendly because of all of the tall trees. Seems to always have about 3-4 spots available most days that sees a lot of short stays but most spots filled with long-term RVs. Laundry load wash and dry $4. Nice looking pool but seems most people forget it's there. Another nearby rv campground has more spots and better suited for large RVs but will cost more. I kind of prefer here."
"Went there for a little mini vacation. First time going and will most likely go back soon hopefully. I went dirinh the start of triple heat. As I recall the first day I stayed it was a high of 124 but I didn't mind the heat. I stayed in the back area and it was great. Room was perfect and only wish the AC could have cooled more but nothing a dip in the pool couldn't help with. Highly recommend and great and I mean great staff."
