"We were on a 40 minutes wait but ended up waiting 1 hr 20 minutes. It’s very busy during the weekends. The pedicure was good but my manicure got ruined as the shape of my nails were all over the place. All the nails are shaped differently, I tried to explain what shaped I wanted but it just got worse. Pedicure for my husband and me was good for the basic. And a plus point is you get a free drink, cocktails or juice but you have to ask for it. Overall experience was okay. Hands and feet looked clean. It’d be good if my finger nails weren’t all over the place."

"I wanted dip nails and the technician did an awful job. The nails cracked/chipped the first day. And to top things off, I paid part of the amount in cash and the other part with my debit card. Days after, I see they charged my debit card the full amount. I’ve been trying to call to get this settled and no one is answering the phone. I should’ve known better! No one greeted us when we first walked in. Even though we were literally the first ones there. A friend recommended this place. I will never go back."

"First of all I scheduled an appointment for 5:30 and they kept seeing people before me. I did not get seen until 6:25 pm. Why give me an appointment if you won’t honor it? Then, I was overcharged $15 for a wax service that cost $25. Supposedly my hair was “difficult.” How difficult can it be? It’s a wax service. You put the wax and peel just like anyone else’s. And If it was “difficult” why not inform me during the consultation part of the additional charge? I could have easily gone to a prestigious place for the amount charged where I know they would have given me excellent service! This will be the last time I go here and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!"
