"After I was refused from another place I went to this one and got there at 431 and was told they don't take appointments after 430 from a lady who was sitting down doing nothing and could have easily cut my hair which only takes 15 mins or so cause my hair is short and easy to cut.Instead she refused me and went back to go sitting down until 5 clock until they closed because of 1 min past 430 and that to me doesn't make sense."
