"I made a 3:30 appointment. Was not seen until after 5:00. I couldn’t leave because I asked for soak off and had already soaked off. My nails were rough. After getting nails done , I politely expressed my complaint. She responded rudely and told me people add on to their services making her late. The wax add on that was ahead of me should have waited until after me if she wanted extra service. She never apologized and got loud. While getting my nails done, they all talk as if they are mad at each other. It is not pleasant at all! I was tense the whole time. Don’t use LeNails!"
