"had an apt for 2 pm on a sunday and booked about a week in advance. the drive was about 48 minutes; i showed up at the shop and while it said open on google and i had an apt, they door said closed and no one was there. waited for abt an hour before i texted the artist asking where they were; they said they couldn't come in today out of nowhere and said i could either wait 30 min for another artist or have my deposit refunded. i waited for another hour and the second artist didnt show up; texted taylaamade abt 4 times and they didnt respond once. i eventually left and went to another shop who took me last minute and for the fraction of the price. that tattoo is great and healing amazing. i had a terrible experience with taylaamade and am only giving a star because they refunded my deposit the day after lol."
