"I went in for a gel pedicure and Sandra did an excellent job. Next it was time for my manicure I asked for acrylic gel nails set and they said someone else would assist me I waited then a girl named Bella helped me my main complaint is she left too much space between my nail bed and the acrylic it looks like I need a fill already and I just got them done yesterday!! So quality is not what I expected I'm disappointed with my manicure UPDATE: I called on Monday to see what could be done about my nails and asked if someone else could fix them and was told by the Manager that only Bella could fix them and that she won't be back until Thursday. He said I would be charged all over again if someone fixed them for me. The whole point is I didn't like the service Bella provided she wasn't friendly either when I would mention any mistakes she was making, she rudely told me to stop watching her and look at the TV. Manager also accused me of just using nails for Easter and trying to get my money back after. All I wanted was my nails to be fixed! I got them done mainly for my anniversary coming up not just Easter! wasted $50 on a terrible manicure and I even left a tip to be friendly. Manager said to speak up when my nails were being done but I did only to be treated ugly and plus I waited so long and had to leave and couldn't go back on Easter because I went out of town. Manager couldn't even guarantee I won't be charged for Bella to fix my nails which is ridiculous. These nails are not even going to last 2 weeks they are already lifting."

"I put 1 star because there is zero star. Worst barbwr shop place in America. I was in hurry and went there for a haircut. I don't even have much to cut. 1- the place smell the smoke... cigarettes and others...you can literally see the smoke 2- The guy who took me in charge was obviously a rookie. I wanted a retouch... he destroyed my hair. 3- he never stopped hurting me while he was cutting my hair... I still feel the pain 2 days later. 4- he didnt cut equal the sides of my head. One side is different from the other. 5 - he didn't clean the hairs when he finished and left everything on my clothes and neck. 6- they charged me $30 for the whole mess when all the barber shop in the area of Pflugerville and north Austin charges between $17 and $20. I will not recommend to anyone to have a haircut in this place."

"Prices have gone up from $7 haircuts to $15. Worth it, these ladies have been here forever."
