"My wife and I had an appointment set over 2 weeks in advance and when we arrived a half hour beforehand to do paperwork, the artist said he did not have time and to leave even though we had an appointment. So my wife went to just double check with the artist directly and he told her to leave rudely. My wife was called aggressive because she asked why they could not honor the appointment and there was a 3 hour delay when we had a scheduled time. She felt she was being judged just by asking why our appointments Were filled. Screw that place. Would never ever recommend."
