"I've only gone to BikeSource for service on my previously purchased Specialized bike, but they've been excellent every time. Today for example, I went in with a completely flat tire, and one of their employees (wish I caught name because they've helped me more than once) quickly inflated my tire and gave me a new valve cap for free. When my tire quickly flattened again, I returned and the same employee quickly was able to replace the back valve tube for a very reasonable price, and then I was able to go on my planned bike ride. A special thanks to the employee who helped me out!!"

"Do not come here for a specialty piercing. ( nipple , belly, inner ear) NOTHING about the setup, location or procedure was right. I read these comments before coming and figured I'd go anyway, " find out for myself " DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE. My dentist doesn't sell bongs out front, my piercer shouldn't either. Removed and payed double now for a professional to re do."
