"Infamous is definitely not living up to their name the way they used to. I started at the shop on Bankhead years ago and it was great, both the work and the service. When they closed that shop, I started to come to the Old National shop because I only wanted Infamous to do all of my tattoos. Well, the service a few years back was good, but as of now, I can’t say the same. The work isn’t as clean, if you express dissatisfaction it becomes a hassle to get the person to clean up their work and I believe that shouldn’t be an issue when you’re a paying customer. Hopefully, they will change some things for the better, but as of yesterday, I’ve found a new shop not far from them that has agreed to fix the 2 tattoos I received from Infamous January 1, 2022 (they instructed me to wait a few weeks for them to heal first). This other shop also did a 3rd (separate) tattoo for me yesterday, I love it, so I have faith they will fix the other two properly in a few weeks. Infamous has some stepping up to do but I’ve seen them at their best before, so I’m sure they can get back there."
