"They gave me a great manicure! The lady was super nice--it was my first manicure in a very long time so I didn't know the process. My nails turned out great--pink with a white flower on the ring fingers. And they have lasted AMAZINGLY well--it's been 3 1/2 weeks and the polish has not chipped at all. Highly recommend!!"

"Pauline and her workers are horrible. I was told one price over the phone and when I went in on the day of my appt they told me a different pricing. The lady who did my hair had a attitude I told her my braids are tight and she kept huffing and puffing like she was getting irritated. Pauline didn’t even speak when she arrived. They have this service where you have to pay before your hair is finished. And they kept asking how I’m paying and when I’m paying like I didn’t already told them once. They are very over priced. They charged me $220 for some lemonade braids that I didn’t even ask for me. I will not be going back"
