"Went in on 5/25, had an appointment set for 2pm. Got seated right away, got refreshments right away. I had never seen the lady that did my toes before now. She did a horrible job! My toe nails are cut jagged and the Polish looks worse than when my child does them. Idk how she pulled it off but my feet look worse after I spent $25... I did get dip nails done as well, no complaints there."

"I have been here a few times since I moved to Columbia because it’s right up the street from my house… there is always only one or two people that work. Today I went in… as soon as I walked in the man immediately informed me that they close at 8… it was 6:55, so ok… it’s an hour until you close, it does not say an hour before you stop talking clients. He never even asked me what service I was looking to get! I would have settled for a toe nail polish today… but I was never asked. Highly unprofessional."

"It was a nice place. Nicely decorated, and nice chairs with massagers and a hot foot bath. The customer service was very lacking though. The nail artists talked to each other in Vietnamese and basically ignored us as they did our pedicures. With the exception of one or two questions. When they were done, they took me to the nail dryer and left me there with no instructions on how long I should stay there, and when I could leave. They messed up a little on my toes too. So not the best experience. I'll probably go somewhere else next time."
