"First off, I sat in the pedicure chair for an hour before an employee did anything. Mind you, I scheduled an appointment. After I waited an hour, they used cuticle clippers to take my gel nail polish off. This ripped layers of my nail off. They were not gentle by any means and I’m not a soft person. They managed to get paint on the top on my foot and not wipe it off. Lastly, they cut my toe nails so short that they hurt. This was by far the worst place I’ve been to."

"First lets start with the fact your pedi is done in a different room then the hand people. I love that! More privacy to relax. Then my nail tech made my feet look so pretty and was even responsible enough to not put my feet in wax after she nipped me a little. They took care of my boyfriend as well and communicated every step of the way. Even reminding me that it tickles. Love this place."

"Inconsistent. They do an awesome job on my hair but then not so good other times. The cursing is out of control so don't take your kids there. Music they play is for adults only. Take way too long to cut hair. I'm currently looking for another barber."
