"Went at opening on a Sunday with my mom and we thoroughly enjoyed our service. I got acrylic almond shape tips with gel polish and matched the gel polish on my toes with a pedicure. My mom got a pedicure with regular polish and square shape French acrylics. Ashley did my nails and Henry handled my pedicure - both were incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided excellent service. I can’t remember quite who did my moms but they were equally great and her French acrylics looked super natural. The receptionist was nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!"

"I go to get a refill on my nails and polish change on my toes. Gray & silver! I wash my hands there and everything is fine, but once I leave and go home to wash my hands again, my polish from the chalac refill starts to chip on 3 of my fingers and 2 toes chip. I go back SAME DAY, they take about 15 min to get to me... only 3 people in there getting service. The man says "what you want?" I tell him and then he redo my nails after complaining in their language (you know they talking about you when they start looking at you). So I sit there not caring... then the pregnant nail tech come over trying to be all nice and small talk and finishes my nails. Then she does my toes over the WRONG SHADE! After I ask kindly can she just do the other SIX TOES that wrong shade...here she go talking their language again. The man says "you come back tomorrow " I say NO, NOT FOR 6 TOES! I say, so you can't do just SIX TOES? He says "no she has to leave ." I say ok so can you? And he refuses. So I didn't make a scene, I just told him ok for six toes, really, I won't be back! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! REALLY THEY COULDN'T DO SIX TOES!!"
