"Parking at the door is great. If you can't get a spot there, the rest of the parking lot is a treacherous place to walk through. The distance from any other parking spot is a long distance from any sidewalk. There are no curbs or green spaces to be able to stop for a moment to survey traffic. I feel very exposed walking with my children there."

"I usually come here often and sit in chair 6. I don’t know if they were having a bad day but me and my little sister went there and they started on our hands and feet. They kept burning up with the tools they were using to the point I was bleeding on a finger. Then when it came to painting my nails I was not satisfied with what I received. My nails did not look like the display and he said it wasn’t going to look like that. So I asked why have it on the display looking one way if it’s not gonna look like that when you do it on other people nails. I went to all three techs and the two ladies had attitudes and told me I had to pay $45 for the service. I refused to pay and they locked me in the building even tho my sister paid for her lumpy uneven nails. I called 911 and the lady kept pushing me. I never laid a hand on her. She got mad that I wouldn’t pay and she swung on me and ended up hitting my little sister. I will never go there again and I see why their shop is always empty."

"Wow is all I have to say got a mani and pedi. Did the pedicure first and got moved to do the manicure after that I told the lady I wanted squire tip . After talking to the lady next to me she said you should do a round tip so it looks more natural . So I turned around and told the lady that was just putting on the nail to do round tip I said it 2 times to make sure she understood. She said ok . We got done and at this point I just said ok walked to my car and noticed my toes weren't dry and the nail polish was half off didn't get a picture of that I should have. Walked back inside and asked to get it fixed and they did. At this point I had time to look at my pedicure and noticed that some of the nails where off. Where one side of nail is longer then the other . So I asked to speak to the owner . I was tying to be polite and not have everyone hear my issus. But the owner who is a male turned around and was talking to the whole salon how I said I wanted this he heard me . And I told him I did but 2 mins later I asked for a round tip . I would have even been ok with this if one nail wasn't long on one side and short on the other. I think the owner was so disrespect. Raising his voice at me and talking to the whole nail salon instead of talking to me. I have friends that recommend me here . Can't wait to tell them and I know that they will no longer go there just the fact that you couldn't be respectful is so sad .. I will never go back to this place. The owner needs to learn how to respect his customers no need to rase ur voice at anyone. I have pictures of manicure but can't upload wish I could just to show you what this mess looks like ."
