- "I got a dip manicure and a pedicure. Pedicure was fine, looks amazing! However the dip manicure looked like ketchup blobs. I asked for a light Ferrari red and they gave me a dark burgundy and it looked absolutely horrible. No normal manicure procedures were applied like cutting nails, lotion, hot towel, etc. it was horrible. I obviously asked for it to be fixed and they did but after they yelled at me? Like it was my fault? My hands were covered in gel polish and dip powder, they did not clean it up until I asked for them to fix it. Very upsetting. Here is a before and after"
