"Scott M. was horrible to work with. I wanted a tattoo and paid the deposit upfront. He did not only NOT send original work but a simple outline of the type of tattoo I wanted. It seemed fine but I wanted to see what the finished product would be. Even had high hopes of a personal sketch. He sent me an outline of a google copied photo with no detail. THREE days before I started to change my mind on the type of tattoo I wanted as it means so much to me and wanted to do something I’d love because it’s MY BODY and I have to live with the tattoo forever. He REFUSED to do the tattoo and wanted to do the first one we spoke of. After coming to an agreement it seemed fine due to his lack of flexibility and poor customer service. Today TWO days before the session I reached out to reschedule due to a family emergency. He has been extremely frustrating. Showed clear lack of willingness to accommodate. The deposit was paid. He did send the deposit back and that’s the ONLY positive thing from experiences with him."

"Let me start by saying Hanna is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! It's my third time coming to Hanna for piercings and she never fails to satisfy ? with her amazing service. So far I have gotten 8 piercings with Hanna and definitely more to come in the near future. I always DM her before stopping by the shop and she replies quickly. She is the BEST! She is very nice, friendly, and fast. She makes you feel very comfortable and she is very professional. I only trust Hana for any piercings I want to get. Wouldn't go to anyone else besides Hanna. "I wish I could give this joint less then a star. Me and my lady had a couple arm band tattoos in mind, “something real simple” so say my all the time man at solace. The jokers have their hours posted to be open at 11 am M-ST so we wait for an hr in the parking lot thinking no big deal at least in the dirty kones they take walk inns,. So excited, However after a 1.5 hour wait we are told to write our names On some phony note pad and wait for a call? We waited Till 5pm and went back then this clown told us if we wanted it today go down the road!?!? My question is, how do you lie an say you take walk inns then make would be customers wait all day till all the other shops are closed and tell them to fly a kite!!!! Wow what a bunch of scammers!! Swear I put it."
