"I'm giving two stars because years ago I had a good experience here. Today was definitely a zero star day though. I called Friday to make sure covid hadn't changed their piercing policy. That it was still walk in and I also wanted to know what time the piercer was available. The man on the phone was very nice and gave me all the info. I bring my 13yr old in today, her birthday, to have her ears pierced. We arrive a hour and a half before the piercer is off and there are four people already waiting for piercings. I was told that their were too many people in line already so we wouldn't be able to be taken today and I was also informed that the piercer won't do piercings on someone as young at my daughter (13). I wasn't told this when I called and now I have a very disappointed birthday girl. When a customer calls please give them all the information. I was told to come in between 2:30-5 on Sunday. Only to get there and be told the piercer refuses to work after 5 and that that my daughters appointment would probably run just past 5 (mind you we arrived at 3:30, it's not like we walked in at 4:50) and that my daughter was too young for the piercer to deal with. I was told they have a second piercer there on different days who is willing to pierce a minors ears, but I would rather find another business to take her to."

"Took my needle shy 12 year old daughter here for a nose piercing. The staff was so patient and kind. They explained 3very step of the process and helped her feel comfortable. Thank you!"

"I went in to get a belly button piercing with my friend, and the skinny guy with gages was the one piercing our belly buttons, and he put the wrong size ring in our belly buttons and pierced more of our stomach then our belly buttons! He also didn’t use a clamp when piercing it just his hand! My skin started to grow over the belly button ring due to the pressure because it was the wrong size ring they put a 1/4 inch ring in and with how much skin they pierced it should of been a 3/4 inch ring and it didn’t have room to move the ring so It could breathe and heal, I went somewhere else to get it fixed and they helped me out a ton but after paying $55 to get it done here then go somewhere else and pay $40 to get it fixed is messed up!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR BELLY BUTTON PIERCINGS AT ALL!"
