- "Niel is the best. Came back again for some his n hers tattoos for my wife and I. It makes me sad when I see reviews on here from people who haven't gotten tattoos from Niel, and just disagree with his views. Knowing Niel for over 30 years, he's my go to guy. My family, step family, and even my wife's ex husband all go to Niel. A friend for life, a great artist, and a complete wackadoo. Niel is one of the funniest people I know and his off best sense of humor is sometimes taken out of context. Niel fer real, thanks as always. 1million out of five stars."
