"I hate to give this rating as it is a local business and I always try to support local when given the opportunity. Unfortunately, the quality of their work (the husband/owner) is not there. Specifically, with regards to the dip nails I had done. He was very rough, got the electric file caught on my nail and I had to jerk my hand away because it hurt so badly. I know accidents happen, but he seemed indifferent. My dip nail manicure started breaking in two, yes, only two days. Typically a dip set will last 2 weeks. I had to go and have them redone at another nail salon. I will say the wife/owner did give me an awesome pedicure and really took her time and did a good job. Including the tip, I paid over 100 dollars for dip nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was worth the price, the nails were definitely not. I think the owner (man) does not really care about providing a quality service. Which is unfortunate, because the shop is located five minutes from me :("

"Since Kevin is no longer in the shop, the customer service, quality of their work, friendliness is really bad. I am going to try them one more time and see if they have improved. I stopped going to them in November 2019. I received excellent service there Nov 17th 2021, Kevin was in the shop and he is the best! Sharon gave me the best pedicure I have ever had anywhere. Visited again on Thursday Feb 10th and Kevin was not there. I was not happy with my nails. I will go there only if Kevin is available 3-21-2022 Great experience. Nails, pedicure and eyebrows done!!"

"Amazing work. Loved the environment. My mom and I have been trying nail places all over try to find "the one". I think we finally found her. Pepper did my nails and Kyla did my toes. They kept me smiling the whole time. Also Scott is amazing at explaining things if you're not sure what you want."
