"I had previously visited LV awhile ago and experience wasn’t good. Decided to give them another shot. Went with my daughter and although I was seated right away, it took 45 minutes before they got to me. My daughter on the other hand was passed over for regular customers although she was first. When I SPOKE up when they attended to a new customer, I was told customer was already there when in fact I saw woman walk in after us. My daughter told me she felt invisible and Finally after two hours for a dip and manicure we were done. I will never go again to this place. Save your time and money if your not a regular. Although they say in comments to call and they will make it right, I spoke up during my visit and they didn’t make it right nor apologize for wait."
